The project has a total investment of nearly 930 million yuan, and adopts the liquid epoxy resin production technology, water-based epoxy resin production technology, hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin production technology, and epoxy resin composite material production technology independently developed by Baling Petrochemical.
The main construction contents of the project are: a new liquid epoxy resin plant with an annual output of 150,000 tons and a special epoxy resin plant with an annual output of 20,000 tons, and a new set of 350,000 tons/year advanced oxidation treatment plant for salty wastewater.
In addition to the dynamic update of the Baling Petrochemical epoxy resin project, on June 20, the Changchun Chemical (Panjin) Phase III 55,000-ton/year epoxy resin project social stability risk assessment announcement was released. The total investment of the project reached 406.56 million yuan. The implementation period is from September 2022 to April 2024.
