Globalpu News: A few days ago, the "Jiangsu Ruiheng 400,000 tons of propylene oxide project PO reactor" manufactured by Zhongsheng Technology was successfully delivered, and a delivery ceremony was held at the Zhenjiang manufacturing base.
Zhu, general manager of Zhongsheng Equipment Co., Ltd., said that the PO reactor of the 400,000-ton propylene oxide project delivered this time has a diameter of 5.3 meters and a weight of nearly 700 tons. It is the largest twisted tube heat exchanger manufactured by Zhongsheng Technology so far. The core technology application and process manufacturing have reached the domestic advanced level, further filling the gap in the domestic major equipment field, and fully reflecting the technological innovation ability and high-end manufacturing level of Zhongsheng Technology. The smooth development of the project is inseparable from the process control and technical guidance of Yida Chemical for the technical requirements of the process package, the trust of Yangnong Group in Zhongsheng, and the support from Erzhong Zhenjiang Company.
"Yida and Zhongjing have made unremitting efforts to be recognized by Ruiheng Company, and cooperated with Ruiheng Company to develop, design and manufacture 100,000 tons/set of direct oxidation propylene oxide reactor". Sun Jie, deputy general manager of Yida Chemical, said that the reactor is the core equipment of the direct oxidation propylene oxide technology. The propylene oxide reactor is technically difficult and has high process requirements, and it has been running smoothly in the project. The development of the 100,000 tons/unit direct oxidation propylene oxide reactor technology once again demonstrates the high-end and advanced nature of domestic equipment manufacturing enterprises represented by Zhongsheng.
The Sinochem International C3 project is the key to opening up the entire industrial chain of new materials, building an integrated recycling industry base, and realizing industrial transformation and strategic implementation. Among them, Jiangsu Ruiheng is responsible for the implementation of the first phase of the project. Taking propane dehydrogenation as the leader of the industrial chain, it will extend downstream to build C3 derivatives units of propylene oxide, epichlorohydrin, phenol acetone and bisphenol A.
The total investment of the first phase of the carbon three project is 13.9 billion yuan. The proposed project includes an annual output of 600,000 tons of PDH, 650,000 tons of phenol acetone, 240,000 tons of bisphenol A, 400,000 tons of PO and 150,000 tons of ECH.
At present, the public and auxiliary projects of the C31 project have been put into use, the epichlorohydrin combined plant has been fully connected and qualified products have been produced, and other production plants are under construction.
