This PDH device adopts ADHO developed by the State Key Laboratory of Heavy Oil, China University of Petroleum (East China). process, non-toxic and non-corrosive non-precious metal oxide catalyst, is a green and environmentally friendly catalyst with independent intellectual property rights, and developed a high-efficiency circulating fluidized bed reactor for it. carried out, filling the domestic gap.

The completion of the project will help improve the development of the industrial chain of the new chemical base in Puyang City.
In addition, according to Zhang Yanpin, general manager of Puyang Far East Technology, the PDH device can provide raw materials for Badfu, which is a global leader in the acrylic emulsion industry. It is located in Badfu (Puyang) New Materials Industrial Park in Puyang County. Construction started on January 4th. The completion of the PDH project will help Puyang City to open up the propylene-acrylic acid/ester-acrylic emulsion-green coating industry chain.
The second phase is planned to be 750,000 tons of PDH
It is reported that the company plans to invest 4 billion to build a 750,000-ton/year PDH Phase II project. The construction site is planned to be located in Puzhou Chemical Industrial Park, Fan County, Puyang City, Henan Province. After the second phase is put into production, it is estimated that the output value will reach 5 billion, and the profit and tax will be 1.1 billion. After the second phase is fully put into operation, the company's PDH production capacity will reach 900,000 tons/year.
