All contracts and legal relationships remain valid.
With the entry in the Commercial Register on November 15, 2012 the legal form of KraussMaffei AG was changed into a limited liability company operating under the name KraussMaffei GmbH. This company is now entered in the Commercial Register of Munich Local Court under the number HRB 201924. The Managing Directors of KraussMaffei GmbH are Jan Olaf Siebert as Chairman of the Board of Management and Christian Bernert as CFO. The identity of the legal entity remains the same with this change of form, only the legal form changes. The contracts and legal relationships concluded with business associates are not affected by the change of form.
