Glycerin Production plant

Glycerin works:
The process of this glycerin line 
is distilling the soap producing 
waste water and
by-product of methyl fat acid in 
oil and fat lactide reaction, and 
then getting the glycerin
The following are the process:
1. Eliminate organic soil through 
chemical treatment and 
sedimentation filter
2. Evaporate moisture, recover 
sodium chloride in waste 
solution, and increase the
glycerin density
3. Refine the glycerin with 
distillation and ion exchange
