For some heat-sensitive substrates and large parts, heating cannot be used to crosslink, and room temperature crosslinked water-based polyurethane coatings must be used. By combining with water-dispersible polyheterogeneity, the properties of water-based polyurethane prepolymer/ester mixtures, especially ester mixtures, can be improved. This type of waterborne polyurethane coatings uses a multi-heterocrosslinking agent, that is, a heteroprepolymer containing -NCO end groups, which is dispersed in a variety of polymers after hydrophilic treatment to form a dispersion.
