Introduction: KE45 is a one-component RTV flame retardant electrical sealing silicone. It reacts with moisture in the air and hardens to generate oxime gas. It is a room temperature curing condensation reaction type adhesive. The hardening speed is fast, there is no shrinkage during hardening, and the preservation is strong, and it is corroded to copper-based metals during hardening. It has strong weather resistance, and its physical properties such as hardness, tensile strength, and bonding ability are basically unchanged after being exposed to the outdoors for two years.
Features: Compared with other hardened silicone, KE45 has a long shelf life, fast curing, no obvious bad odor during curing, and no corrosion to most metals and electrical components. The product has good adhesion and ductility to most material surfaces, especially for the adhesion of alkali metals, lime, white cement and other materials. It has good weather resistance, and has passed the outdoor rain and exposure tests, and has stable long-term performance (life expectancy of 30 years).
