"Highly transparent polyester polyol with good adhesion to PVC for waterborne polyurethane" details
L3025 TDSL3025 This is a special linear structure polyester diol with side methyl group, aliphatic. It has good fluidity at room temperature and excellent hydrolysis resistance. At the same time, the polyester diol has excellent low temperature flexibility and excellent adhesion to polar substrates. Low viscosity, high transparency, good leveling, not easy to crystallize; excellent alcohol solubility; almost insoluble in water, soluble in ketones, alcohols, esters and aromatic hydrocarbon organic solvents.
Main applications:
1. Can synthesize urethane acrylate resin prepolymer (PUA), used in UV coatings, generally used as a primer for plastic substrates. It has the characteristics of good adhesion, yellowing resistance, temperature resistance and good plating.
2. Can be used to produce water-based polyurethane, hydrolysis resistance, low temperature resistance, high transparency, low viscosity, good adhesion, excellent leveling, can toughen caprolactone, polyester polyol with high brightness (90 degrees) , can replace foreign products for water-based polyurethane or other applications.
3. The alcohol solubility of L3025 is very good, so it is suitable for alcohol-soluble polyurethane resin. Good compatibility with polyurethane, mainly used in aliphatic polyurethane, the main function is to increase flexibility.
4. Can be used for reactive hot melt adhesive PUR
5. Adhesion to PVC, can be applied to PVC ink and PVC coating.
6. Can be used as high-transparency polyurethane encapsulant, with high transparency, good adhesion, water resistance, yellowing resistance, good low temperature flexibility, and good compatibility with polyether.
7. Can be used for epoxy toughening to reduce the brittleness of epoxy, suitable for acid anhydride epoxy. Adding 15% can achieve 35-40% toughening effect.
