Product Name: Silicone Modified Acrylic Resin Item No.: SilibaseSR-6024 Performance and Use: SilibaseSR-6024 Silicone Modified Acrylic Resin is prepared by special process of silanol hydrolyzed by phenyl and methyl monomer and special acrylic monomer. It has the advantages of acrylic resin and silicone resin, has excellent heat resistance and weather resistance, and adhesion. Strong, can be cured at low temperature. Suitable for blending various series of high temperature resistant coatings, weather resistant coatings and H grade silicone insulating varnishes. Main Specifications of SilibaseSR-6024 Silicone Modified Acrylic Resin: ● Exterior: Light yellow to light brown liquid, allowed to have Milky white light, no mechanical impurities ● Viscosity (Tu-4cup, 25℃, S): 15～40 ● Solid content (150℃, 2h), %: 50±1 ● Drying time (200℃, h): ≯1.5 ● Heat resistance (250℃, 200h): No foaming, No cracking Packaging and Storage: This product is packed in 200kg iron drum, stored in a cool and dry place, to prevent direct sunlight, avoid contact with acid and alkali, and store and transport according to dangerous goods.
