Searching for a new source has become an urgent thing all over the world, according to the increasing price of petroleum and the limited resource. Bio diesel has attracted more concern by world people, because its superiority such as less pollution to the environment and renewable. Asia Chemical has designed a plant which produce the bio diesel from vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower, soybean, palm oil, coconut oil etc.), animal oils (lard, beef tallow etc.) and recovered waste cooked oils. Bio diesel produced by this plant has the similar specification with the diesel oil; it can be the diesel oil substitutes. It works under milder operating conditions, higher process safety, continuous process and minimum quantity of wastes. Asia Chemical can provide the whole plant on a turn-key project, including design, supply of complete plant, installation and commissioning, training and so on. The largest capacity is 100,000 t/year. |
