TPE introduction:
TPE appears as transparent or translucent particles, and the shape is round or elongated. TPE material has good chemical stability, good chemical resistance, general solvent resistance, acceptable UV resistance, and temperature resistance -60-80 °C. TPE series SEBS is a functional elastomer material compounded by different formula components, so it has a wide range of adjustable hardness (shore 0-100A). TPE has plastic plasticity, rubber-like elasticity and soft touch. Injection molding is sufficient, no vulcanization or crosslinking is required. TPE does not introduce toxic and irritating organic solvents in formula modification, does not add phthalate plasticizers and stabilizers, and meets ROHS, REACH, EN71-3, ASTM-963, NP, PAHS, FDA environmental protection instruction. It is an environmentally friendly material.

Easy to process and color. Nozzle material, i.e. leftover material, can be recycled and reused, reducing the product without affecting the physical properties of the product.
It can be coated and bonded with PP, PE, PS, ABS, PC, PA and other matrix materials through secondary injection molding, or it can be formed separately. Substitute some silicone rubber for soft PVC.
