B2 FIRE RETARDANT PU FOAM

GNS B2 FIRE RETARDANT PU FOAM F44 is a one-component, self-expanding, ready-to-use, Multi-purpose Polyurethane foam. The foam will expand and cure by moisture in the air. It is used for a wide range of building applications. It is very good for filling and sealing with excellent mounting capacities, high thermal and acoustical insulation. It will stop burning when there is no fire contact. It is environmental friendly as it does not contains any CFC materials.


PRODUCT FEATURES
Excellent adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces such as UPVC, masonry, brick, block work, glass, steel, aluminum, timber and other substrates (except PP, PE and Teflon);
High thermal and acoustical insulation;
Very good filling capacities;
Conform to fire class B1 (DIN 4102)
Application temperature between +5ºC to +35ºC;
Optimal application temperature between +18ºC to +30ºC;
Environmentally friendly. It contains CFC-free propellants which are harmless to the ozone layer.

APPLICATIONS AREAS
Installing, fixing and insulating of door and window frames;
Filling and sealing of gaps, joint, openings and cavities;
Connecting of insulation materials and roof construction;
Bonding and mounting;
Insulating the electrical outlets and water pipes;
Heat preservation, cold and sound insulation;
Packaging purpose, wrap the precious & fragile commodity, shake-proof and anti-pressure.

PACKAGING
750ml/can, 500ml/can,300ml/can 12pcs/ctn for both Manual type and Gun type.
Gross weight is 350g to 950g upon requested.


STOREAGE AND SHELF LIFE
12 months in unopened packing store in temperature between +5ºC to +25ºC, Keep in cool, shade and well ventilated area. Always keep the can with the valve pointed upwards.
